A new $16 million development is coming to the City of Menominee

At a conference held by the Brownfield Authority Wednesday night the progress team Veridea introduced a new job to the authority together with associates of the Menominee Metropolis Council and County Board.  Menominee Enterprise Growth Corporation Director Nancy Douglas says, “we’ve been functioning for in excess of a yr with a likely developer on the old Kmart home.”


“This portion of the undertaking is phase just one,” says Douglas.

The developers are operating closely with the city, county, and brownfield authority to make this new job a success for the Menominee – Marinette communities. Tentative groundbreaking will be summer of 2022.
